I am the youngest of seven children in a close-knit family who lives throughout Rhode Island.  I grew up in Woonsocket, and also lived in Providence and Foster before moving to Johnston in 1999.  My children all have four legs and fur. 

My lifelong love of animals led me to co-found a nonprofit pet assistance organization in July 2009.  In August 2011, I expanded on that passion by opening a pet bakery/boutique.

I am also a self-proclaimed amateur computer geek.  It started with learning basic skills for previous jobs.  I got hooked and wanted to learn more.  I love learning new programs and trying out new technologies.  Several years ago, I built myself a computer using a DIY book.  Over the past few years, I have ventured into the world of web design.

In addition to my love of animals and computers, I enjoy reading, writing, knitting, and New England Patriots.  I also enjoy spending time with my family.  In addition to my parents, I have three brothers, three sisters, in-laws, three nephews and five nieces (as well as various pets).  I feel blessed that I have a such a loving and supportive family.  I am also blessed that my best friend and I have been friends since we were five years old, and I have the honor of being godmother to her and her husband's daughter.
