Smithfield gets its own Patch on Sept. 27.

The new Smithfield Patch will go live a week from today! Local Editor Joe Hutnak and his team is working to get Smithfield Patch ready for its debut. Joe is meeting with Smithfield residents and officials and planning coverage for the site.  He's also created a Facebook page. Make sure you like Smithfield Patch on Facebook to stay up to date on the latest news in Smithfield. Keep an eye on smithfield.patch.com in the meantime.   Since launching JohnstonPatch in December, 2010, we frequently have received inquires about when SmithfieldPatch will launch.
