Submit Your Best Pet Photos in Time for Puppy Bowl IX
Super Bowl Sunday is also a favorite day for a group of dogs up for adoption. The annual Puppy Bowl will air at 3 p.m. on Animal Planet.
Super Bowl XLVII may be coming this Sunday, Feb. 3, but for those families with pets who aren't as interested in watching the San Francisco 49ers and Baltimore Ravens go head-to-head, there's another sporting event to enjoy. Animal Planet's Puppy Bowl IX will also take place on Sunday, and feature more than 30 dogs, each available for adoption. Three of the pups are from North Smithfield. New this year, too, will be a group of hedgehogs to cheer on the pups. The Puppy Bowl begins at 3 p.m. Eastern Time, and in celebration of the animal-themed event, we're asking Patch readers to submit photos of their pets.
