Here's a look at Polar (and Seal) Plunges happening this Tuesday, Jan. 1: Portsmouth New Year's Plunge — Participants meet just before noon at The Beach House, 500 Park Ave. This plunge will be the first event celebrating the town's 375th anniversary this year!
