Sandra E. Walsh, 79, passed away peacefully on May 19, 2013 at the Philip Hulitar Home and Hospice Care Center in Providence. She was the beloved wife of 53 years to James A. Walsh. She was a daughter of the late Joseph R. and Romola (Danesi) Winans. She was also the step daughter of the late Mary (Weigand) Winans. Sandra was a retired registered nurse, working as a surgical nurse at Rhode Island Hospital and later for the State of Rhode Island. DiNobile and his wife Harriet, David J. DiNobile and his wife Diane, and Nicholas J. DiNobile, Jr. and his companion Michael; grandmother of 5; and great-grandmother of 2. Joan was Assistant Director for Educational Travel at Yale University for 25 years which brought her to all four corners of the world. Louis Masi, 90, of Johnston, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 12, 2013, at the Rhode Island Veterans Home, Bristol. He was the beloved husband of the late Margaret (Colagiovanni) Masi. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Nicola and Maria (Pacitto) Masi. Louis was a co-owner of the former Jeri-Lou Creations, of Johnston. He was a US Navy veteran serving during WW II on the USS Topeka, and was the recipient of six medals. During his retirement years, he enjoyed bowling at Town Hall Lanes. Louise S. Rameika (Bicho), 88, of Johnston., died May 8, 2013 at Cedar Crest Nursing Centre. She was the wife of the late Andrew Rameika. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Manuel J. and Veronica (Lapinski) Bicho. Louise was a senior clerk typist for the State of RI for 10 years, retiring in 1989. She was a member of the Johnston Senior Center.
