Johnston Rec Department Holiday Festival Set for Saturday Afternoon
This year's holiday event is scheduled for noon to 3 pm on Dec. 8.
The Johnston Recreation Department announced its annual Holiday Festival is scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 8, from noon to 3 pm at Johnston Memorial Park. According to information posted on the JRD website, hayrides are scheduled for noon to 2 pm. Photos with Santa, sing-a-longs, food and refreshments are also planned for the event. The Rec Department is also asking attendees to bring non-perishable canned food item to help with hunger relief efforts.
