Forand Hosts First Annual Fall Supper
The local senior living community held a pasta and meatball supper for residents and their families on Oct. 19.
Residents of Aime J. Forand Manor held their first annual pasta and meatball supper on Oct. 19, the beginning of what Forand Association President Americo Izzo said he hopes will be a new tradition. According to Johnston Housing Authority Administrative Assistant Carol Costa, the event sold out, packing the community room with familiy and friends to enjoy each other's company and the great Italian music. “We are so happy that so many residents and family member will be in attendance at the event,” Izzo said. “It is always so nice to get together and break bread as a community. We hope this first annual supper becomes a long-standing autumn event."
