The Readers Lair meets the first or second Thursday of ever month.
Kids in grades 2-5 can talk about books, play games, do crafts and have snacks at the Marian J. Mohr Memorial Library, 1 Memorial Ave., tonight at 6:30. The Reader's Lair meets the first or second Thursday of the month through May. Tonight's discussion centers around The World According to Humphry by Betty Birney. The Bridge at Cherry Hill kicks off its toy drive.
With the holidays right around the corner, it's time to think about those less fortunate who may not have any presents under the tree. The Bridge At Cherry Hill assisted living community located at One Cherry Hill Road is an official collection site for the Toys for Tots program. The Spooky Walk returns to Johnston Memorial Park tonight.
The Spooky Walk at Johnston Memorial Park, Hartford and Memorial avenues, is back for another weekends of Halloween fun, beginning tonight at 6 p.m. Thrill to the sights! Shriek at the ghosts! Get your ghoul on! The event costs $6 per person and is open to all. In the event of rain, the ealk will be rescheduled to Oct. 30.

Join library staff for a discussion of the best-selling "Game of Thrones."

The Spooky Walk is back in Johnston tonight and all weekend.
