MOTO (Master of the obvious) 101: Narragansett police arrested and cited several University of Rhode Island students while breaking up a house party late one night, including one man who tried to sneak away with his drink but got caught. One officer saw the 20-year-old leaving with a red Solo cup. The young man first ignored the officer and tried to walk away quietly, then threw the cup on the ground and tried to run away. He didn’t get very far before he was taken to the ground and handcuffed.
