Assault Suspect Charged: Johnston Police charged Juan Cuellar, 35, of 33 Aspen Way, Warwick, with simple assault or battery, disorderly conduct, and obstructing an officer in the execution of duty on Nov. 26 after Cuellar, a suspect in a Nov. 15 fight at Club Bebeto, turned himelf in to polce headquarters. According to police, Cuellar was one of three men who allegedly assaulted Jamie Baldomar outside the club and fled the scene before police arrived. He was arraigned and released on $2,000 personal recognizance with a court date of Dec. 7. Disorderly Conduct: Johnston Police arrested Christy Boisvert, 31, of 20 Park St., on a charge of disorderly conduct on Nov. 26.
