Johnston CEO Named to National Board

Christine M. Cunneen, chief executive officer of Hire Image LLC of Johnston, was named Treasurer of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners.

  Hire Image LLC, a nationwide background screening and drug testing company located in Johnston, announced that CEO Christine M. Cunneen has been elected treasurer of the board of directors of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS). Cunneen was elected to serve a one-year term as treasurer during the annual NAPBS conference held recently in Nashville, TN. A member of the board since 2010, she remains involved in policy and political advocacy at both the federal and state government levels. Prior to being named treasurer, Cunneen served as secretary of NAPBS and led the strategic planning project. Elaine Wilcox of Johnston is the new Vice President of Membership at Rhode Island Hospitality Association.

  Johnston resident Elaine Wilcox was recently named the Vice President of Membership at the Rhode Island Hospitality Association, a group representing the state's hotels, restaurants, and tourism-related businesses. “Elaine has been a tremendous asset to the Association and I could not be more pleased with her growth within the organization,” Dale J. FM Global Announces Promotion

Rod Fisher was named as senior vice president of underwriting and reinsurance.

FM Global of Johnston announced this week that Rod Fisher has been named senior vice president of underwriting and reinsurance. In his new role, based at the company’s Johnston corporate offices, Fisher will be responsible for the company’s overall underwriting and reinsurance functions. Previously, he served as senior vice president and manager of the company’s Central (U.S.) division, based in Park Ridge, IL where he was responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the division, which serves clients in 22 U.S. states. Fisher joined FM Global in 1985 as a field engineer, became a claims adjuster in 1987 and has held several management positions in sales and underwriting before being named a client service manager in 1999.
