Annmarie [Izzo] Cherella, 67, of Johnston, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2012, at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center, Providence. Annmarie was the beloved wife of the late Matthew L. Cherella, and the former wife of the late Nicholas J. Carlone. Born in Johnston, she was a daughter of the late Pasquale and Lena (Parrillo) Izzo. Annmarie was employed by Aramark Corp. in the Johnston School Department Lunch Program for two years. She is survived by her loving children, Nicholas J. Carlone III and his wife, Melanie, of Ringe, NH; Michael G. Carlone of Johnston; Karen Cherella of Massachusetts; and Anthony Cherella of Johnston.
