Packed Room Fetes Town's Newest Centenarian

In a room filled with neighbors, staff and administration of the Johnston Housing Authority (JHA), Johnston’s community leaders and friends, a smiling and quick-witted Theresa Esposito celebrated her 100th birthday on Jan. 10. The birthday party, sponsored by the Johnston Housing Authority, provided a chance for many of Theresa’s fans and friends to wish her well. Mayor Joseph Polisena and Rep. Deborah Fellela (D-Johnston) took time from their very busy schedules to share in the festivities, held at the Aime J. Forand Manor on Greenville Avenue.
