To many items on the menu for a kitchen that size. Wednesday and Friday are very busy nights they should offer a smaller menu.
Last Friday many customers waited more than an hour for food only not to get what they ordered because they ran out.
The wait staff was running around apologising to customers for not being able to complete their dinner orders.
I think that they have a smaller and more versatile menu, this should keep the chef from having a stroke.

Great food for a great price. Ordered Tuna met with a side of onion rings and I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of food I got. all under $8. Nice, small,cozy atmosphere. I'll be back
