Memorial Park Hosts Explorers Post #405 Car & Bike Show on Sunday

A motorcycle run, displays of cars and bikes, and judging by Mayor Joseph Polisena and Police Chief Richard Tamburini are among the scheduled highlights.

 

The Johnston Police Explorers Post #405 is scheduled to hold its and Bike Run tomorrow, beginning at 9 am at Johnston Memorial Park.

One of several fundraisers hosted by the organization, this year's event features a bike run starting at 10:30 am, food, music, raffles, and childrens' rides.

Mayor Joseph Polisena, Police Chief Richard Tamburini, and members of the Explorers will also weigh in on the best vehicles in the show as part of the much-anticipated afternoon judging.

Vehicle registration fee is $10, plus one canned good to be donated to the Johnston Community Food Bank.

Admission for spectators is free.
