The Johnston Police Explorers (Post #405) will host their (twice-rescheduled) First Annual Car and Bike Show on October 1, 2011, at Johnston Memorial Park from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Among the planned features of the event are food, music, raffles, a K-9 demonstration, balloon making, a bounce house and more.
Car and motorcycle registration begins at 8 a.m. Judging for the show will begin at noon, with an awards ceremony scheduled for 3 p.m.

Registration per vehicle is $15, along with the donation of a canned good for the Food Bank. Admission to the event is free to the public.
Vendor spaces and trophy sponsorships are also available for $50 each.
