- Home ownership is the heart of our economic world. It helps all businesses large and small to thrive. From your local plumber to the big "depot" home improvement stores, homeowners are always looking to improve or change things to protect the biggest investment of their lifetime.
- Owning a home has many benefits, tax deductions, security, a sense of being part of a community and investment. Now is a great time to take advantage of those investment options. The average rent for a 3 bedroom home is $1,800. per month. The average mortage of a 3 bed room home is $1,200. per month (depending on a home value of $250,000. with $10,000. down at a rate of 4.5% for 30 yrs) Right now rates are low, down payments can vary depending on what type of loan you qualify for so it is good to learn about all of your options.
