Video: St. Rocco School Breast Cancer Awareness Fundraiser
Seventh-graders in the National Junior Honors Society coordinated a dress-down day and bracelet sale on Oct. 20.
As part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, students at in Johnston held a dress-down day on Oct. 20 in honor of Suzanne Henseler, a longtime teacher at the school and town official in North Kingstown who passed away in 2006.
Bedecked in pink to highlight their effort, members of the National Junior Honors Society handed out pink bracelets for students and staff who made donations.
