Space: The Museum of Natural History and Planetarium at Roger Williams Park opened a new planetarium exhibit this week, "The Great Space Adventure," which shows daily at 2 pm. Cost is $3 per person. Also make sure to visit the newly-updated Circle of the Sea exhibit.

Outdoors: Over at RWP Zoo, Webster the Childrens' Workshop Puffin, Paws from the Pawtucket Red Sox, and mascots from the Providence Bruins and Newport Gulls will be on hand to welcome kids to today's "Healthy Active Earth" program, from 11 am to 3 pm. Free with Zoo admission.
