Three Games In Three Nights For Lady Panthers

School cancellations force the Johnston High girls' basketball team to play extra games this week.

School cancellations over the last few weeks have caused a tough schedule for the girls' basketball team this week.

Beginning Wednesday night, Feb. 8, the Lady Panthers are scheduled to play three games in three nights: the first at Burrillville and back-to-back home games against Scituate and Central Falls.

Johnston (7-2 in Division II North, 9-4 overall) is second in divisional standings behind Mt. St. Charles Academy (12-1 overall) and holds a one-game lead on Hope High School.
