Johnston Schools have an hour delay this morning due to the snowstorm. There will also be no morning kindergarten or pre school.
According to the National Weather Service, the snow will turn into sleet and eventually become all rain after 4 p.m. this afternoon. The daytime high temperature will be 40 degrees.
