13 'Harlem Shake' Videos That Were Shot at UC Davis (SLIDESHOW)

To say the Harlem Shake has gone viral would be a massive understatement.

Here are 13 videos of people doing the "Harlem Shake" at UC Davis. They were all filmed on campus and uploaded to YouTube within the past week or so. If you've seen a video we missed, you can add it by clicking the "upload photos & videos" button below the videos.

If you're unfamiliar with this Internet meme, here's some background via Wikipedia:

The Harlem Shake is an Internet meme that went viral on YouTube in February 2013. The meme is in the form of a video that began being replicated according to a similar concept by many people.[1]

The art form of the meme was established in a video uploaded on February 2 by The Sunny Coast Skate,[2] five teenagers from QueenslandAustralia. The teenagers' video, in its turn, was a follow-up to a video by a YouTube comedy vlogger named Filthy Frank.[3][4][5] featuring a part where several costumed persons danced to the song "Harlem Shake" by Baauer.

There's also a running list of videos on DavisWiki

Umm you should probably credit the DavisWiki for hunting all these down.

I'm always quick to credit and link to the wiki, but in this case I had no idea a page existed (although it makes sense that it does). All I did was search "Harlem Shake 'UC Davis'" on YouTube, and all the videos showed up on the first two pages. Not much hunting. I just added a link to the wiki, but not as source credit.
