Mayor Joseph M. Polisena is scheduled to make a formal donation of 78 unused cell phones to the Rhode Island Coalition Against Domestic Violence today at 10:30 a.m. at the .
The phones, previously used by town employees, will now be distributed to victims and survivors of domestic abuse in Rhode Island, according to a Coalition press release.
