Biden-Ryan Vice Presidential Debate: Who Won?

Heading into tonight's Vice Presidential debate in Kentucky, political pundits of all stripes were wondering whether each candidate — Vice President Joe Biden and U.S. Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) — would stay on-script.
