Abracadabra: Mohr Library hosts a magic show to kick off the "One World, Many Stories" summer reading program tonight at 6:30, featuring the Great Baldini. Earlier in the day, the library offers family drop-in crafts from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Schools: Rhode Island KIDS COUNT is scheduled to announce the state's graduation rate trends at a roundtable discussion aptly titled "Improving High School Graduation Rates in Rhode Island" at 1:30 p.m. at One Union Station in Providence.

Splash: The North Providence Pool and Fitness Center opens its summer schedule today, as well as accepting registrations for children's swim lessons. Non-resident fees are $110 per person (16 to 54) for three months; kids under 16, $70 for three months. Check out the Center's website for more information.
