According to LeClair's report, he drove back to the home and "realized it was the same residence" that Corbin had just left.

While LeClair spoke with the victim, three other officers attempted to find Corbin at his home. The officers found Corbin's car in the driveway with the engine still hot, but no one answered the door when the officers knocked.

LeClair reported that he returned to headquarters and left a voicemail message for Corbin to contact him. Corbin called back at 3:30 a.m. and reportedly denied being involved in the vandalism, claiming that he was in East Providence.

After informing Corbin that he'd seen him flee the home, LeClair told him that a warrant would be issued for his arrest if he did not turn himself in to police.

Corbin "replied by stating that he would contact his attorney," then called back at about 4 a.m. to say that he would report to police headquarters.

Ptlm. Mario Mennella reported that Corbin arrived at the police station around 7:30 a.m.

Officers charged Corbin with one count of domestic vandalism and transported him to Third District Court in Warwick for arraignment, where he pleaded not guilty. Corbin failed to post bail and was ordered held at the ACI. He is scheduled to appear for a pre-trial conference on Feb. 3.
