At 11:55 a.m. on Apr. 8, Troopers arrested Cindy Small, 40, of 28 Hopkins Ave., Johnston, RI for a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay for the charge of Domestic-Simple Assault. The arrest originated out of the North Providence Police Department.
