State Police Log: DUI, Failure to Appear

Lincoln Woods Barracks
- At 10:15 p.m. on April 26, Troopers arrested Tina Goldsboro, 43, of 38 Pezzullo St., Johnston, RI for driving under the influence, BAC unknown, and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Officers pulled Goldsboro over on Route 146 in Providence. Goldsboro was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed, arraigned and released to the custody of a family member.
- On Saturday, April 27 at 4:30 p.m., a trooper arrested Michael Pallotta, 38, of 102 Enfield St., Johnston, on a Third District Court bench warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of driving with a suspended license. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 195 in East Providence. Pallotta was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a justice of the peace and released after posting the required cash bail.
