State Police Arrest Johnston Man for Drug Possession
Nicholas Tallo, 19, of Shari Drive, faces a misdemeanor marijuana possession charge after a State Police officer stopped his car in West Warwick.
Officers of the Rhode Island State Police Hope Valley barracks announced the arrest of a Johnston man on a charge of misdemeanor marijuana possession, first offense, on May 2.
Nicholas Tallo, 19, of 5 Shari Drive, was pulled over by a state trooper at about 12:15 am on Providence Street in West Warwick, according to a State Police press release.
Tallo was processed at the Hope Valley barracks and released until a court hearing in Third District Court, Warwick, on a date to be determined.
