The estimated value of the copper is $3,400.

Warrant Arrest:

Ptlm. Derick Ofori reported that he went to 19 Vacca St. to disperse Brian Botelho, 33, of 63 Cypress St., Providence from the property.

A check of Botelho's identification returned an active warrant issued by Providence Superior Court for failiure to appear at a court hearing.

Online court records show that Botelho pleaded no contest to a felony charge of assault on Feb. 3, 2009, and owes $240 in restitution.

Magistrate Patricia L. Harwood issued the warrant on Sept. 19 after Botelho failed to appear at a restitution review the day before.
