Johnston Firefighters Show Who 'Cares Enough to Wear Pink' [VIDEO]

Rhode Island Pink Heals visited Johnston Fire Department Headquarters on Oct. 23.

 

RI Pink Heals, the local chapter of a national cancer awareness organization featuring trademark pink rescue vehicles, made a stop at the Johnston Fire Department on Oct. 23 as part of its third annual "Cares Enough to Wear Pink" tour.

Ted Dion, president of the chapter, explained that this year's effort is dedicated to Jenna Jacques, a young girl who died in July following a battle with cancer.
