Busy Day: It's a pretty packed schedule at Marian J. Mohr Library today:
- Computer class on the basics of Word and email at 10 a.m.
- Genealogy group meeting at 4:30 p.m.
- Kick-Off Pizza Party for the library's reading clubs tonight at 6:30 p.m. (Rain date is Sept. 15)
Fundraising Feed: The senior center is scheduled to host a pasta and meatball fundraising supper tonight starting at 5 p.m. Adults $10, children $5.
Training Session: The Autism Project, located in Johnston, is taking registrations for its upcoming nine-week autism training class, to begin on Sept. 26. The cost for the series is $299 for professionals, and 18 continuing education credit hours are available for teachers and social workers.
