Raffeala "Phyllis" M. Iovanni

Visitation is scheduled for Saturday, with a Mass of Christian burial to follow.

Raffeala M.”Phyllis” (Tavano) Iovanni, 87, passed away peacefully Wednesday January 18, 2012. She was the wife of the late Carmine F. Iovanni. Phyllis was born in Malden, MA, a daughter of the late Ralph and Maria (Aloise) Tavano. She was the loving mother of Anna Mae M. Ciriello and her husband Alton L. Ciriello, Jr. of Winthrop, MA and Phyllis C. LaVertue and her husband Michael E. LaVertue of Johnston. She was the sister of Mary Ferro, Anne DeBilio and the late Rose Dantes and Ferdinando Tavano. She is also survived by 1 granddaughter Michele Costanzo and her husband Anthony Costanzo, III; 2 great grandsons Anthony Costanzo, IV and Nicholas Costanzo all of Greenville. She was the companion of Roland Miganelli.

Visitation in the TUCKER-QUINN Funeral Chapel 643 Putnam Ave. (Rt.44) Greenville Saturday, Jan. 21, 2012 from 9:15-10:15am, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11am in St. Philip Church 622 Putnam Ave., Greenville. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers, donations to Home & Hospice Care of RI, 1085 N. Main St., Providence, RI 02904 or St. Jude Tribute Program, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38148-0142 will be appreciated.
