Obituary: Linda M. (Baccarie) Macaruso, 54

Linda M. (Baccarie) Macaruso, 54, of Johnston, RI, passed away far too soon, surrounded by family on Wednesday, June 5, 2013.

She was the beloved wife of Mr. Michael Macaruso with whom she had been happily married over 30 years.  Born in Providence on December 23, 1958, she was the daughter of Mary (Tirocchi) Baccarie and the late Harry Baccarie.

Linda, who graduated from St. Mary’s of the Visitation in 1976 and went on to become the President of Ocean State Environmental, and more recently the owner of Coastal Asbestos Abatement Co.   She will be dearly missed by anyone who was lucky enough to be graced by her presence.

She is also survived by her daughter Amanda Macaruso and granddaughter Adriana Riggen as well as her brother and sister Michael Baccarie and Cheryl Pilloni.  She also leaves behind her God Daughter Nina Berarducci and her nieces Lania and Guliana.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Monday at 8:45 a.m. , followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Rocco’s Church, 931 Atwood Ave., Johnston at 10 a.m.  Interment will be at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.  VISITING HOURS are Sunday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
