Obituary: Kenneth F. Fetta, 76

Kenneth F. Fetta, 76, of Harris Ave, died Monday, August 12, 2013 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Center. He was the husband of Joan A. (Gallo) Fetta for 54 years. A lifelong resident of Johnston, he was the son of the late Pasquale J. and Angelina (Geremia) Fetta.

Mr. Fetta was a supervisor of maintenance for the Johnston School Department for 26 years before retiring. He had also worked part time as a barber. He served with the RI Army National Guard, and was an avid golfer.

Kenneth was a devoted father and grandfather. Besides his wife he leaves three children, Michael J. Fetta of Johnston, Patricia Fetta-Collins and her husband Michael of South Kingstown, and Kenneth J. Fetta of Johnston, two grandchildren and one great grandchild. He also leaves his sister Maria Baffoni of Johnston.

Visitation was held Friday, August 16, 2013 from 8:30 to 10:30 AM in the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave, North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM in Our Lady of Grace Church, George Waterman Rd., Johnston. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston.
