Joseph A. Iannotti, 88, of Johnston, passed away Friday, June 7, 2013 at Cherry Hill Manor, Johnston.

Joseph A. Iannotti, 88, of Johnston, passed away Friday, June 7, 2013 at Cherry Hill Manor, Johnston. 

He was the husband of the late Rose (Fusco) Iannotti.  Born in Cranston, he was the son of the late Anthony and Angelina (Barone) Iannotti.  Joe worked in shipping and was a truck driver for many years and also worked at Johnston Schools for about five years.  He was a member of the International Assoc. of Machinists and Aerospace workers for over thirty-five years.  Mr. Iannotti was a Veteran of the Air Force during WWII.

He is survived by his children Rhonda Iannotti and Donna Paglio and her husband Charles, all of Johnston.  Joe was the grandfather of 5 and great grandfather of 6.  He was the brother of the late Ann D’Acchioli.

Funeral will be held from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Wednesday at 8:45 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Our Lady of Grace Church, Johnston at 10:00 a.m.  Burial with Military Honors will be held in St. Ann Cemetery.  VISITING HOURS: Tuesday 5-8 p.m.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to The Tomorrow Fund, Rhode Island Hospital Campus, 593 Eddy Street, Providence, RI 02903-4947.
