Obituary: Hilda Y. (Mancini) Ricci, 91

Hilda Y. (Mancini) Ricci, 91, formerly of Forand Circle, Johnston, passed away on Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at Cedar Crest Nursing Centre in Cranston surrounded by her loving family.  

She was the beloved wife of the late Angelo G. Ricci.  Born in North Providence, she was the daughter of the late Marco and Rose (Scungio) Mancini.

Hilda worked for the State of RI School Lunch Program for many years before retiring.

She was the devoted mother of Angelo D. Ricci and his wife Elizabeth of Cranston, Daniel Ricci and his wife Ann of Johnston and Elizabeth Dakake and her husband Edward of Las Vegas; loving grandmother of 6; loving great-grandmother of 3; and dear sister of Carmina Cardarelli of North Providence and the late John, Arthur, Albert and Amelia Mancini, Roseanna Marino and Anna Carcieri.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, June 21st at 11 a.m. in St. Rocco’s Church, 931 Atwood Ave., Johnston, followed by interment at Highland Memorial Park, Johnston.  
Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
