Liberato A. "Bobo" Pallotta Jr.: Army Veteran of the Korean War

The Johnston resident passed away on Oct. 7, 2012.

 

Liberato A. "Bobo" Pallotta Jr., 83, passed away at home surrounded by his family on Sunday, Oct. 7, 2012. He was the beloved husband of Evelyn C. (Swanson) Pallotta.

Mr. Pallotta was born in Providence, a son of the late Liberato A. and Theresa (Simone) Pallotta. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War and had lived in Johnston over for 50 years.

He was a mechanic and service manager at the Motor Mart Auto Sales in South Attleboro, MA, for 45 years before retiring in 2009.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his daughters Joyce L. Pallotta of Johnston, and Carol L. Botelho, her husband Edward, and their children Tori and Jake of Smithfield. He was the brother of Michael Pallotta of Johnston and the late Angelina Imondi and Margaret Vallese.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend visitation on Saturday, Oct. 13, 2012 from 9 to 11 am with a service to follow at 11 am in the TUCKER-QUINN Funeral Chapel, 643 Putnam Ave. (Rt.44) Greenville. Inurnment will be in Swan Point Cemetery, Providence.
