Joseph A. Cacicia, 73: Founder, Electric Video Productions

Joseph A. Cacicia, 73, of Johnston, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, September 6, 2013 at Rhode Island Hospital.  He was the beloved husband of Donna (Cimaglio) Cacicia.  

Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Michael and Ida (DeLallo) Cacicia. He also has four children, Joseph Jr., Michael, Robert, and Steven Cacicia. 

Joseph worked as a self-employed videographer establishing Electric Video Productions in 1984. He was a freelance video “stringer” for the local television news stations. He was previously the Chief Electrician at Fatima Hospital and had also worked for several electrical contractors. Joseph served in the United States Army and Marine Corps for 4 years.

Funeral from the Nardolillo Funeral Home & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Wednesday at 8:15 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in St. Robert Bellarmine Church, 1804 Atwood Ave., Johnston.  Burial with Military Honors will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.

VISITING HOURS will be Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Home and Hospice Care of R.I., 1085 North Main St., Providence, R.I. 02904.
