Jennie Anne (Valente) Ciambrone: Longtime Valueland Employee

A Mass of Christian Burial for the Cranston resident is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 7, at St. Rocco Church in Johnston.

 

Jennie Anne (Valente) Ciambrone, 83, of Cranston, passed away on Monday, Oct. 1, 2012 at the Scandanavian Home in Cranston surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Armand Ciambrone. 

Born in Cranston, she was the daughter of the late Daniel and Anna (Cardillo) Valente. Jennie worked for Valueland Market of Johnston for many years before retiring.

She was the devoted mother of Mark Ciambrone of Coventry, Janet Koutsogiane and her husband David of  Narragansett and John Ciambrone of Cranston; loving grandmother of David Armand Koutsogiane and dear sister of Nicholas DiRaimo of Florida, Angelo Valente of Florida, Rose Petrozzi of Cranston, Josephine Colafrancesco of Cranston and Anthony Valente of Cranston.

Her funeral will be held on Friday, Oct. 7, at 9 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave. Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Rocco Church, 927 Atwood Ave. Johnston at 10 a.m.

Interment will be at St. Ann Cemetery in Cranston.

VISITING HOURS are Thursday from 4 to 8 pm.
