Ettie M. Fortin

Ettie M. Fortin, 97, of Greenville Avenue died Sunday, Oct. 23, 2011 at . She was the wife of the late Raymond Fortin.

A lifelong resident of Johnston, she was a daughter of the late James and Eva M. (Bailey) Richards.

Mrs. Fortin was a former Vice President of the Aime J. Forand Tenants Association and lifetime member of the Belknap Church in Johnston.

She is survived by her children, Joan L. Grist of Lehigh Acres, FL, Ettie M. Courtemanche of Johnston, Raymond Fortin, Jr. of Port Charlotte, FL and Dennis A. Fortin of Plainfield, VT; 14 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren and a sister Charlotte L. Hall of Bear Creek, NC. She was the grandmother of the late Dennis Fortin, Jr. and sister of the late Lida M. Contillo, Hazel V. Threshier and the late James H. Richards. 

Funeral Thursday at 11 a.m. in the ANDERSON-WINFIELD Funeral Home, Route 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville. Visitation Wednesday 4-7 p.m. Burial in Highland Park, Johnston.
