Americo Verdolotti: Shop Steward at Gorham Textron

The Johsnton resident passed away on Oct. 10, 2012.

 

Americo Verdolotti, 89, of Johnston, previously of Cranston, passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2012 at Cherry Hill Manor in Johnston. He was the beloved husband of 66 years to Kathleen (Zambarano) Verdolotti.

He was born in Providence, a son of the late Frank and Liberina Verdolotti.

Mr. Verdolotti was a silversmith-tool setter and shop steward at Gorham Textron until his retirement in 1987. Besides his beloved wife, he is survived by his loving son, Frank A. Verdolotti and his wife, Paula, of Cranston, and his cherished grandson, Michael Verdolotti. He was also the brother of the late Paul Verdolotti and Frank and Angelo Paliotta.

His funeral will be held on Monday at 10 am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am St. Mary’s Church, Cranston. Burial will take place in St. Ann’s Cemetery, Cranston.
