Holiday Bazaar Features Johnston Resident

Betty BenDavid of Baskets by Tartaglia will be among the vendors at the West Bay Residential Services holiday shopping event, scheduled for 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Warwick today.

Johnston resident Betty BenDavid is among the scheduled vendors for today's West Bay Residential Services holiday craft bazaar, to be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 158 Knight Street in Warwick.

BenDavid is part of Baskets by Tartaglia, a business created by clients of West Bay, and will be offering themes gift baskets at the bazaar.

Today's bazaar is the first of its kind for West Bay, a nonprofit organziation that helps people who have developmental disabilities. Several clients who have participated in the agency's self-employment program — as well as those in the residential and day service programs — will also be offering items for sale.
