Are you ready for a new relationship with food? Are you tired of dieting and worried about the effects of your eating habits (overeating or undereating) on your health? Mindful eating is a vital skill that can bring balance to your relationship with food.
Through lecture and short guided mindful
eating experiences, you will discover how to:
- Listen to and trust your body’s hunger signals
- Eat the foods you love, love the foods you eat
- Respond effectively to emotional eating
- Learn to have a relationship with food that is smarter, healthier, more conscious and enjoyable
Anyone can benefit from the simplicity of mindfulness! No prior
experience is required. All are welcome.
