FREE Community Yoga Class with Rachel Flaksman

Community Yoga classes incorporate the fundamentals of Yoga, including breathwork and basic postures.

Rachel is an RYT-200 who draws inspiration from that which is ordinary and extraordinary. She believes yoga is an ever evolving journey and seeks to guide classes with an emphasis on safety, alignment, prana, and self inquiry.

Her teaching is also informed by the wisdom of Yogacharya “Bapuji” Kripalu, and from the teachings of Purna Yoga. Rachel studies Purna Yoga with Jessie Eisendrath, and completed Yoga Teacher Training in 2013.
