Sunil Tripathi was wrongly associated through social media as the Boston Marathon bombing suspect early Friday morning after his name was reportedly heard over the Boston Police radio.  His mother, Judy Tripathi, described the long night before the bombers were identified as "heart-wrenching and exhausting."

“Unequivocally, we have known that neither individual suspected as responsible for the incident in Boston was Sunil,” said Akhil Tripathi, his father.
