5 Things: House Hunting, Camping on Gorgeous Weekend

Here are 5 Things to know in Johnston today.

The is now holding registration for its 2012 Summer Day Camp.  This camp will start on Monday, July 2, 2012 and run until August 9, 2012. 

Children ages 6-12 are eligible to participate. This camp is for Johnston residents only. Identification is required. Registration ends on June 22. Register early to enroll in a payment plan. Camp fee for 1 child for 6 weeks is $425 or $145 per week. Fees vary depending on the number of children registering.

4. Time to get in shape before bathing suit season? , 1291 Hartford Ave., is offering a Zumba fitness class today at 12:30 p.m. Zumba dance is an aerobic workout that uses Latin-inspired dance steps such as Salsa, Merengue, Flamenco and Samba.

5. Morning fog should give way to partly sunny skies, though clouds will remain in the area for most of the day, with temperatures around 70. The unofficial first weekend of summer is looking good. Mostly sunny skies with temps in the 80s are expected for the weekend.
