ProJo: Johnston Novelty Company Sues Rival

Rhode Island Novelty filed suit in U.S. District Court, claiming that Gloworks is selling the Johnston company's copyrighted products.

Johnston-based Rhode Island Novelty recently filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court, Providence, claiming that a rival company, Gloworks, has been selling the local company's products illegally, the Providence Journal reported.

The suit alleges that Gloworks of Michigan has been violating the Rhode Island company's copyrights by selling whoopie cushions and other items, and by advertising Rhode Island Novelty products, but providing customers with other merchandise.

Rhode Island Novelty. I would not recomment this company. Their BBB is a B. Research them
