Efendi's Bar and Grille: Warm atmosphere, brick fireplace, highly-trained and skilled staff. Hours: Friday, 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 a.m.; Saturday, noon - 11 p.m.; Sunday, noon - 9 p.m. Closed Monday. Valentine's Special on Feb. 17: $75 for two.
