Health Inspections: Dad's Dugout Cited

Slicer and crock pot were not cleaned from the night before. 

Regulation: Equipment must be fully washed, rinsed, and sanitized before use. The surfaces of equipment that contacts potentially hazardous foods such as meats and cheeses, must be washed rinsed and sanitized at least every four hours.

No violations were filed from an earlier inspection on July 7.
